Call for entries: Loudoun’s Got Talent! 2011: Youth Music Edition

The competition is open to musicians in grades 9-12 who are amateur instrumental or vocal performers residing or attending school in Loudoun.

Scholarships of $1000, $500 and $250 will be awarded to the top three winners. The first place winner will perform at a Loudoun Symphony concert. There is a $25 application fee

The first round of auditions will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at Stone Bridge High School. The top ten finalists will then compete in a Showcase Concert on March 27th at 3:00 PM at the Franklin Park Arts Center where the top three winners will be selected.
Contestants may view the contest rules and register at the symphony website or on Facebook group “Loudoun’s Got Talent.”

Deadline for registration: February 25, 2011.
