Can I use ulule without a paypal account?

Can I make a project in euros in ulule and get paid without having a paypal account?

I read the FAQ and I think yes, but Im not sure...

Yes, you can start a project on Ulule without a Paypal account in euros if your bank account is located in the EU with no problem.
