when i want to start a project. How does the registration of my data and my bank account work? Some crowdfunding platforms want to authorize my data from my bank.

My problem or my situation is as followed: I am from Germany and want to make a documentary movie in Turkey. I can give all my data from my adress in TUrkey to my German bank details. Is there a way to realize this project via ulule or can anybody say, how is the exactly way from starting a project to start the finance phase?
