I cannot submit my project. What means this error? Forbidden (403). Please, help me!!

    Hi, I'm trying to submit a project. I've tryed so many times and at first there was a problem with the budget field. The system answered to fill it in with the amount, despiting I did it..

    Sorrel suggested me to change web browser, so now I'm using Google chrome.. and I have both a problem with the budget field than another with the error 403..

    Can you help me?
