    Hello there,

I am Akshay. I went to Barcelona with my friends. Trust me it is the best trip of my life till this date. we went to visit Sagrada Familia, Park Guell, Casa Batllo and a lot of other places. The environment is so heartwarming and these monuments are so wonderful that you just can't take your eyes off. I personally felt in love with Sagrada. It is so huge and amazing especially from inside, the columns, floors everything remind you off nature. It is one of the greatest monument ever built in man history. I just can't stop my self remembering everything about the trip. And also we went with a guided tour, we have pre-booked. He was such a humble and funny person, also s knowledgeable. He gave us every detail about the places. We loved this trip. Will definitely gonna go again.

    Thank you,

Antoni Gaudi’s Sagrada Familia was originally the idea of a Bookseller Joseph Maria Bocabella. Located at the center of the city of Barcelona, Sagrada Familia doesn't need any introduction. Despite being unfinished it is very popular and among the most visited sites.

The construction work of Sagrada Familia was started in 1826 and it is estimated to be completed in 2026.

However, the project of Sagrada Familia was started in 1826 under the supervision of architect Francisco de Paul del Villar. The story begins when he resigned in 1827 and Antoni Gaudi took the charge. Gaudi was so ambitious with the project that he devoted 40 years of life in the building of the Sagrada Familia and buried in the crypt after he died. When Gaudi died in 1926, only 25 % of the church was completed. The later construction work follows the plans and designs left by Gaudi after his death.
